Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at irbalessence@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
